Des recherches r\u00e9centes montrent que le corps joue un r\u00f4le central dans la r\u00e9gulation \u00e9motionnelle et l\u2019adaptation au stress. Par exemple, l\u2019\u00e9tude de Schore (2022) d\u00e9montre que les exp\u00e9riences corporelles influencent directement les r\u00e9seaux c\u00e9r\u00e9braux de la r\u00e9silience \u00e9motionnelle. D\u2019autres travaux ont explor\u00e9 l\u2019effet de la respiration diaphragmatique sur le nerf vague et la modulation du syst\u00e8me nerveux autonome.<\/i><\/p><p><i>Les th\u00e9rapies somatiques telles que la Somatic Experiencing, la th\u00e9rapie sensorimotrice ou encore la m\u00e9thode Feldenkrais sont de plus en plus \u00e9tudi\u00e9es scientifiquement. Elles reposent toutes sur le m\u00eame principe : restaurer une pr\u00e9sence corporelle pour permettre au psychisme de se stabiliser. Cette convergence valide l\u2019approche orthokin\u00e9sique comme une m\u00e9decine d\u2019avenir, capable de relier le corps, l\u2019\u00e9motion et le mouvement dans une m\u00eame dynamique th\u00e9rapeutique.<\/i><\/p><p><i>Des \u00e9tudes en IRM fonctionnelle men\u00e9es \u00e0 Yale et Harvard (2023-2024) montrent que des techniques corporelles peuvent diminuer l\u2019hyperactivit\u00e9 de l\u2019amygdale, restaurer la connectivit\u00e9 du cortex pr\u00e9frontal et favoriser une meilleure int\u00e9gration des souvenirs traumatiques. En plus Free Corpus, mon r\u00f4le en tant qu&rsquo;orthokin\u00e9siste m\u2019a permis de collaborer avec des kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapeutes, des ost\u00e9opathes, des podologues, et d&rsquo;autres praticiens en orthokin\u00e9sie, ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 inestimable pour affiner mes comp\u00e9tences et ma compr\u00e9hension des dynamiques corporelles.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les interactions r\u00e9guli\u00e8res que j&rsquo;ai eues dans des environnements physiques, tels que la danse, la course \u00e0 pied, le squash, la pole dance, le patinage artistique,\u00a0 la musculation, le fitness et l&rsquo;athl\u00e9tisme, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9galement un immense terreau fertile pour \u00e9laborer une m\u00e9thode d&rsquo;approche holistique et adaptable, que je divise en trois syst\u00e8mes distincts :<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>PPPH<\/strong> : un travail postural dynamique multidirectionnel, qui favorise une meilleure adaptation aux besoins corporels individuels.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Slide Floor FC<\/strong> : ax\u00e9 sur le travail des fascias, la fluidit\u00e9 et la multidirectionnalit\u00e9, reliant l&rsquo;esprit et le corps dans des mouvements harmonieux.<\/span><\/li><li><p><strong>In&rsquo;M<\/strong> : un travail corporel lib\u00e9rateur et cr\u00e9atif qui encourage l\u2019expression personnelle et la connexion avec soi-m\u00eame.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ces syst\u00e8mes s\u2019associent parfaitement \u00e0 l\u2019approche int\u00e9grative orthokin\u00e9sique, que l\u2019extrait d&rsquo;article met en avant, en soulignant l&rsquo;importance de la pr\u00e9sence corporelle et de la r\u00e9gulation \u00e9motionnelle.
