Elles illustrent de mani\u00e8re concr\u00e8te les techniques que j\u2019enseigne dans Free Corpus, int\u00e9grant plus de 35 ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9rience et une pratique depuis l&rsquo;\u00e2ge de 4 ans en 1975. Bien que j\u2019aie obtenu des dipl\u00f4mes, je r\u00e9alise que c\u2019est l\u2019exp\u00e9rience combin\u00e9e \u00e0 la th\u00e9orie qui offre la meilleure compr\u00e9hension du mouvement. En effet, on ne saurait remplacer mes 48 ann\u00e9es de pratique par quelques ann\u00e9es d\u2019enseignement th\u00e9orique, m\u00eame si la th\u00e9orie reste cruciale. Mes m\u00e9thodes \u2013 PPPH, Slide Floor FC et In\u2019M \u2013 participent \u00e0 une avanc\u00e9e significative dans le domaine du mouvement et de l\u2019entra\u00eenement physique. Je pr\u00e9cise que je suis entre autres, dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e du CNSMDL et titulaire d\u2019un Dipl\u00f4me d\u2019\u00c9tat au titre de Professeure de danse, ayant \u00e9galement enseign\u00e9 dans des conservatoires.<br \/>Et ne nous m\u00e9prenons pas, les techniques que j\u2019enseigne ne sont pas du sport, mais des techniques de mouvements conscients, essentielles pour am\u00e9liorer vos performances physiques et sportives. Parfait pour les pratiquant-es de sport et pour celles et ceux qui n\u2019aiment pas vraiment le sport, mais cherchent une approche corporelle efficace
