En statique et en dynamique, la m\u00e9thode apporte des solutions biom\u00e9caniques sous la forme d\u2019exercices en mouvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sont inclus aussi des exercices pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des besoins \u00e9motionnels, afin de r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrer le syst\u00e8me nerveux par le biais de la corporalit\u00e9, et d\u2019un travail postural dynamique.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exemple d&rsquo;exercice : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=X7poUI84dgE&amp;ab_channel=AlbaneDantras\">Posture au Bureau Exercice PPPH<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00ab\u00a0Quand les lois de la physique s&rsquo;appliquent au physique\u00a0\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour soulager toutes les articulations et stimuler les muscles et les fascias en cha\u00eenes, l&rsquo;utilisation des forces de repousser depuis le sol (pied, main, coude, etc) sont essentielles dans tous les axes de mouvements.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0O\u00f9 je presse et d&rsquo;o\u00f9 je me repousse, vers o\u00f9 je me dirige et vers o\u00f9 je pousse ou presse, induit une stimulation de tous les \u00e9tages musculo-squelettiques entre deux directions oppos\u00e9es.\u00a0\u00bb&nbsp; <br><strong>Exemple d&rsquo;exercice : <\/strong>position debout, je presse le sol avec les pieds et je pousse le ciel avec le sommet du cr\u00e2ne. Puis, ajout des mains derri\u00e8re le cr\u00e2ne, presser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement la t\u00eate dans les mains. Cette technique met en lumi\u00e8re le lien entre la stimulation des muscles de la nuque et dynamique abdominale<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D&rsquo;autres applications se font avec une main qui pousse le sol, et l&rsquo;autre qui repose l&rsquo;espace en suivant des axes et\/ou des courbes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela s&rsquo;applique dans tous les axes de mouvements possibles du corps. C&rsquo;est la signature de tous les mouvements de la m\u00e9thode PPPH. M\u00e9thode respectant la biom\u00e9canique, que ce soit au sol, couch\u00e9, \u00e0 genou, assis, debout, etc..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, cette technique int\u00e9grative prend en compte l&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;individu, inclut un travail approfondi sur les fascias et agit tant sur le bien-\u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral que sur la plasticit\u00e9 physique, \u00e9motionnelle et psychique.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La m\u00e9thode PPPH est la technique la plus facile \u00e0 appliquer au bureau, dans le m\u00e9tro, les h\u00f4pitaux ou pour les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es. En effet, elle reste accessible \u00e0 tous.
