de fa\u00e7on urgente, d&rsquo;avoir des probl\u00e8mes de sommeil, de boulimie alimentaire ou d&rsquo;app\u00e9tit en berne, d&rsquo;\u00eatre ballonn\u00e9(e), constip\u00e9(e), de faire des achats pas tel(le) que nous sommes, et avec lesquelles nous devons redoubler d&rsquo;efforts pour se faire aimer, qui lorsque nous leur disons que nous allons partir, redoublent d&rsquo;efforts et d&rsquo;arguments affectueux convaincants \u00a0pour que l&rsquo;on reste, mais une fois ce processus pass\u00e9 tout redevient lourd et anxiog\u00e8ne comme avant (les m\u00eames existent dans le monde du travail, <strong>\u00e0 voir cette vid\u00e9o tr\u00e8s explicite<\/strong> sur<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/jm-Gu02hgrs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> le stress au travail de Praveena<\/a><\/p><p>\u2022 <strong>Ces \u201cchoses obligatoires\u201d<\/strong> que nous r\u00e9alisons chaque jour en croyant qu&rsquo;elles sont indispensables :<\/p><p>\u2022 <strong>les aliments inutiles<\/strong> (exemple un paquet de biscuits industriels d\u00e9vor\u00e9 en 5mn sur son canap\u00e9):<\/p><p>\u2022 <strong>Les v\u00eatements, les objets, les aliments<\/strong> que l&rsquo;on utilise plus et les vendre ou les donner \u00e0 des associations:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6767646 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6767646\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Agir et se sentir libre :<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e5f870d elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"e5f870d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Se mettre en mouvement dans la r\u00e9alisation de notre Bonheur.<\/p><p>Quelques exemples en vrac:<\/p><ul><li>S&rsquo;inscrire dans une association o\u00f9 nous sommes certain(es) de rencontrer des personnes sur des sujets qui nous plaisent<\/li><li>Avoir une corbeille de l\u00e9gumes et de fruits frais toujours remplie et prendre son temps pour les cuisiner, puis les manger avec d\u00e9lectation<\/li><li>Cr\u00e9er plusieurs espaces cocoon chez soi, et m\u00eame si c&rsquo;est petit!<\/li><li>s&rsquo;inscrire \u00e0 ce cours de th\u00e9\u00e2tre dont on a toujours r\u00eav\u00e9<\/li><li>Pratiquer 5\/10mn d&rsquo;\u00e9tirements par jour<\/li><li>r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer suffisamment, faire de vraies pauses<\/li><li>s&rsquo;alimenter sainement<\/li><li>aller vers des personnes qui nous appr\u00e9cient pour qui nous sommes, et boostent notre \u00e9nergie, notre joie (et r\u00e9ciproquement)<\/li><li>etc&#8230;<\/li><\/ul><p>Cela peut passer par un remaniement de certaines relations, de notre entourage, d&rsquo;une r\u00e9organisation de l&rsquo;installation de \u00a0notre maison, de notre alimentation, de notre planning etc. Chez certaines personnes cela correspondra \u00e0 de petites transformations, car la base sera d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s porteuse et positive, alors que pour d&rsquo;autres cela pourra \u00eatre un total bouleversement (pour ceux-l\u00e0 l&rsquo;accompagnement d&rsquo;un(e) psychologue ou d&rsquo;un(e) coach sera peut-\u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire). <strong>A chaque fois que nous laissons \u201cun vieux machin qui p\u00e8se\u201d nous cr\u00e9ons un nouvel espace de libert\u00e9 destin\u00e9 \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de notre Bonheur, nous ouvrons un \u201cnouveau champ des possibles\u201d, nous ouvrons nos fen\u00eatres \u00e0 un air nouveau<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Comme je l&rsquo;observe souvent dans mon m\u00e9tier o\u00f9 tout passe par les sensations du corps:[themecolor] \u201cc&rsquo;est quand nous nous sentons bien que nous nous rendons compte \u00e0 quel point on se sentait mal. On se demande alors comment nous faisions pour supporter ce mal-\u00eatre pass\u00e9. Une fois qu&rsquo;on a go\u00fbt\u00e9 au bien-\u00eatre, \u00e0 cette sensation de libert\u00e9 physique et psychique, on y revient, motiv\u00e9(e) et avec le sourire\u201d[\/themecolor]<br \/>Le corps, comme l&rsquo;esprit s&rsquo;habituent \u00e0 tout. On peut \u00eatre dans le d\u00e9nie de notre souffrance parce qu&rsquo;on y est habitu\u00e9, il faudra alors attendre que le corps \u201cexplose\u201d pour r\u00e9agir: maladie, burn-out etc. Mais&#8230;Pourquoi attendre?<\/p><p>Nous faisons tous cela, et en toute humilit\u00e9, m\u00eame si ceux et celles qui me connaissent savent que j&rsquo;ai une grande hygi\u00e8ne de vie, et bien je ne fais pas exception \u00e0 la r\u00e8gle. Je d\u00e9passe parfois mes limites&#8230;mais en conscience :))<\/p><p>Si cette id\u00e9e de cr\u00e9er notre Bonheur chaque jour \u00e9tait notre meilleure id\u00e9e. Id\u00e9e folle? Id\u00e9e Juste? Id\u00e9e qui nous recentrerait, et nous relierait aux autres dans une joie r\u00e9ciproque.<\/p><p><strong>Bien s\u00fbr, cr\u00e9er notre Bonheur se travaille, et demande \u00e0 la fois motivation, auto-bienveillance et auto-discipline.
