attraper, caresser, bondir, courir, grimper, voir, sentir, penser, cr\u00e9er, fabriquer, c\u2019est notre corps.<br \/>Notre corps pris en compte c\u2019est un meilleur \u00e9quilibre sur nos deux pieds et dans notre t\u00eate.<br \/>Les blocages du corps sont des sortes de verrous qui verrouillent aussi notre syst\u00e8me nerveux (ex : douleur) et nos pens\u00e9es (ex : occupation de l\u2019esprit \u00e0 g\u00e9rer la douleur et\/ou un \u00e9tat de tension \u00e9motionnelle car les deux sont li\u00e9s)<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div Mon travail apporte des outils d\u2019optimisation physique pour tous les sports: course \u00e0 pied, tennis, golf, squash, saut, handball etc, et pour <strong>quasi toutes les personnes non-sportives ou avec un handicap.<\/strong><\/p><p>Mon parcours s\u2019est inspir\u00e9 du travail de Blandine Calais Germain, Odile Rouquet, Dominique Dupuy et Thierry Raymond, qui m&rsquo;ont <strong>enseign\u00e9 l&rsquo;anatomie fonctionnelle et les fondements de la kin\u00e9siologie<\/strong> durant mes \u00e9tudes (DE danse et \u00e9tudes sup\u00e9rieures du CNSM) . Je m&rsquo;inspire \u00e9galement de la m\u00e9thode d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement avant-gardiste mais peu connue de Sylvie Deluz (Th\u00e9\u00e2tre Is\u00e9\u00efon Montpellier), r\u00e9volutionnaire pourtant, en mati\u00e8re de travail sur <strong>les fascias en mouvement<\/strong>. La m\u00e9thode Bernadette de Gasquet est \u00e9galement int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 <strong>ma m\u00e9thode PPPH (Press-P\u00e9rin\u00e9um-Paravertebral-Head)<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ef6577b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ef6577b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Mon enseignement, c\u2019est plus de 26 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience, de pratiques, d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes, de remises en question, et de r\u00e9flexions r\u00e9guli\u00e8res. D\u00e8s le d\u00e9but, j\u2019ai attir\u00e9 l&rsquo;attention de professionnels du milieu sportif et m\u00e9dical. Ainsi <b>j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 amen\u00e9e \u00e0 enseigner avec des exigences de plus en plus grandes, notamment celles requises pour les sportifs de haut niveau, ou les personnes handicap\u00e9es ou malades<\/b>.<br>Chaque cas \u00e9tant diff\u00e9rent, cela m&rsquo;a syst\u00e9matiquement pouss\u00e9 \u00e0 m&rsquo;adapter et parfois \u00e0 approfondir mes connaissances pour mes \u00e9l\u00e8ves.<\/p>\n<p>De ce fait, j\u2019ai suivi des formations compl\u00e9mentaires, entre autres en fasciath\u00e9rapie ( avec Alexandre Ceriani, professeur reconnu \u00e0 l\u2019ITMP). Puis, au fil du temps, j&rsquo;ai pass\u00e9 le dipl\u00f4me d\u2019orthokin\u00e9siste. Ainsi, avec l\u2019accord du fondateur des Cliniques OPS Christophe Otte,&nbsp; j&rsquo;ai ouvert mon cabinet sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 en bilans de posture \u00e0 Paris en 2022. Bilan postural et semelles orthop\u00e9diques dynamiques \u00e0 Paris 1er (cliniqueops.com).<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, je me suis entour\u00e9e d&rsquo;autres professionnels de sant\u00e9 (kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapeutes, psychologues, ost\u00e9opathes, mes coll\u00e8gues orthokin\u00e9sistes de Gen\u00e8ve et d\u2019ailleurs) dans le but d&rsquo;approfondir ma compr\u00e9hension sur le fonctionnement du corps ainsi que ces dysfonctionnements. Cette d\u00e9marche m&rsquo;a apport\u00e9 des nouvelles solutions sur le plan th\u00e9rapeutique dans la clinique OPS, et \u00e9galement dans les entrainements de Free Corpus.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-810c8ba elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"810c8ba\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u00c9quilibrer le Corps sur le plan musculosquelettique et l\u2019\u00e9tat \u00e9motionnel par le Mouvement:<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cbffaa7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cbffaa7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Je me suis toujours impliqu\u00e9e dans la compr\u00e9hension de la biom\u00e9canique, mais aussi dans la compr\u00e9hension des traumatismes <b>psychologiques ressentis et exprim\u00e9s par notre <\/b><strong>corps.<\/strong>\u00a0Je m&rsquo;engage \u00e9galement dans la possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;<b>apporter des solutions gr\u00e2ce au mouvement et \u00e0 l&rsquo;imagerie mentale<\/b>. <br \/><b>La plasticit\u00e9 neuronale, \u00e9motionnelle et plus globalement physique<\/b>, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 des moteurs essentiels dans mon travail. Un autre axe de travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper notre pouvoir \u00e0 agir sur nos \u00e9motions par le biais du mouvement, que ce soit avec du pilates, du yoga, de la danse, et\/ou d\u2019un sport adapt\u00e9.<\/p><p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, <b>j&rsquo;apporte des solutions corporelles gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 mon exp\u00e9rience et mon expertise. J&rsquo;attends avec impatience de nouvelles collaborations pour am\u00e9liorer la vie de chacun-e. J&rsquo;interviens \u00e9galement avec des personnes victimes de violences physiques, morales et sexuelles, en compl\u00e9ment de leur prise en charge psychologique, psychiatrique, et de leurs autres soins.<\/b><\/p><p>En cas d&rsquo;entra\u00eenements recommand\u00e9s par un m\u00e9decin, en pr\u00e9 et postop\u00e9ratoires, <b>mon travail prend en compte l&rsquo;avis des m\u00e9decins et des j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 amen\u00e9e \u00e0 enseigner avec des exigences de plus en plus grandes, telles que les r\u00e9clament le sportif de haut niveau comme la personne handicap\u00e9e ou malade.<\/p>\n<p>Mon approche holistique, \u00e0 la fois p\u00e9dagogique et th\u00e9rapeutique, prend en compte l&rsquo;avis des professionnels de sant\u00e9.
